Baldfaced Marketing Ploy Take 712

OK, I think I managed to upload a copy of my soloset at Loveland up to my lulu page. Here's the address to the page

      http://www.lulu.com/content/digital-video-disc/lightning-over-loveland/7830156

hope that works. Sorry I'm selling it, but honestly I couldn't figure out how to email copies out as attachments (as everyone in my address book will attest to, even those who didn't know they were in my address book. Hi, Moe!) but I was, I believe, successful in posting it for sale at the low, low, low price of $12.50  at my lulu.com page. Where it now sits alongside my for sale copies of Punk Rock Blues Vols 1 and 2 and free downloads of stuff from same. So, if yer not doing anything come on over for a visit if only to make fun of me or to tell me to cease and/or desist.

havin' too much fun, y'all

So let me get this gig straight. Byrnes, Roe, and Miller have a great old time soarin' through their good timin' hillbilly scores and raiding the ice box, run out of town each with full pockets, leaving Simmons with a flat-busted, or less, church budget, a faulty monitor, and disillusionment over his musical hero. Well I'm glad it ws worth it for the three performers anyhow.

Woo-hoo, Christie and Republicans! Conservatives driving the "Goodbye Obama Express" speeding along through 2010 full steam ahead to it's destination in 2012, with Palin and Limbaugh in the conductor's car!

It all comes down to conservatism. Obama lied and called himself conservative to get in. He shot himself by being the opposite of conservative, and Republicans won big last night by BEING conservative.

Obama's being stopped in his tracks! He's hit a brick wall and is having nowhere to go! Health care on hold even more now!

People are becoming more tolerant! They've opened their hearts to love and goodness by rejecting the perversion, lies, and self-serving greed of gays and their evil supporters in Maine! They're starting to be more tolerant of the traditional family again! It's OK for a kid's parents to be his real mom and dad, now! Long live the Waltons!

All Obama's evil plans, falling apart. All his "hope and change"  all nothing but lies and deceit so that he could vomit his Marxism all over our great land, that he despises so much.

What an unheard of disaster Obama is for his party that he caused them to lose NEW JERSEY!!! That would be like Carl Levin losing in Michigan, or Ted Kennedy losing in Massachusettes.

I'll bet Simmons might not be quite as disdainful of New Jersey now, and I'll bet Springsteen isn't quite as thrilled with New Jersey now. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

The good guys are winning again! The good guys are winning again! The good guys are winning again! The good guys are winning again! The good guys are winning again! The good guys are winning again!

I wonder how Mike Roe's bigest fan is going to excuse his blatant persnicketyness to a Coloradan concert host.

I hear the fight between himand the host  made the fight at the end of "Any Which Way You Can" look like a 2-second picnic.

Yo Jim, please get yr jollies pouring salt on people's wounds elsewhere. Do you really think anything is gained by badmouthing Mike Roe, considering that you weren't even there, man? Nobody cares what you think, And, yes, I know that neither does anyone care what I think, but this is, after all, MY blog. Go write on yours, OK?

And, in case you didn't know, thoughtful folks find yr 'neener neener' approach to politics boring and pathetic. Not to mention irrellevant as an answer to a post announcing a DVD release. I'm loathe to give you the attention you so clearly want, but I felt this needed to be addressed.

Hatefully,
tim

Jim

PS What the heck is wrong with The Waltons, for crying out loud?

I just ordered your DVD, as coincidentally the Hollies sung "He Ain't Heavy He's My Brother" on Pandora, to which I was muttering "Yeah right, you bloddy bawstards." Anyhow, please "manufacture" and send promptly. :-b

Ah, an email from Lulu says that my order was shipped yesterday.
Now it's just a matter of praying that no explosives were sent with it. :-b

In the meantime, Sarah-palooza here in MIchigan! here Grand Rapids book tour kickoff has about 3000 people waiting in line for her right now! 3000! It was supposed to only be about 500!

I'm telling you, this lady is a sensation. The last thing you should listen to is the media. If you do that, you will have absolutely no idea what is going on at the grass roots, which is exactly what the media would like.

And, Palin's gig on Oprah wracked in more viewers even than Obama (who isthe biggest lowlife scumbag piece of crap on the planet, I might add), did.

The "lamestream media"!!!!

I love it, I love it, I love it, I love it!!!

Palin on Hannity refers to the mainstream media as the "lamestream media"!

Hilarious, because it's so TRUE!!!

I'm so glad to see her socking it to those snotty arrogant pseudo-journalist liberal elites!

It's about darn time. Yes, I said "darn".

Hey Tim, when are you going to see the light, man? You're not getting any real information from CNN, etc.; you're just getting their liberal spin. Come on, man, get real; our lives are winding down here.

Hey Tim,

I can't get the "Lightning over Loveland" DVD to work. Any ideas, just let me know. I don't expect you to knock yourself out on it, but I did pay 14 bucks. If there is a way to get a working file online and send it as a private link to jamesmuglia@hotmail.com, that'll work, and I can just download it, and that way nobody else can get it for free. That way will waste less of your time and postage.

Just lemme know how you want to handle it.

I tried Windows Media Player 11 and downloaded the latest codec, but no luck, and Apple QuickTime and Itunes aren't responding to it either when I try to open it from those. And, again, the TV DVD palyer just reads "Err", and nothing happens.

I'm just curious, as far as you knew, was it supposed to work on a TV dvd player, or no?
